Tumbleweed Restaurants is seeking a friendly, outgoing Host to greet guests, escort them to seating areas, and communicate current promotions. You will coordinate with servers to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests
• Escort guests to dining area and present menus
• Seat guests in bar or dining area
• Inform guests of current promotions and ensure smooth handoff to servers
• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant
• Manage the flow of guests into dining and bar areas
• Provide accurate wait times to incoming guests
• Tend to guests’ needs and requests
• Observe needs throughout dining to ensure high quality service
• Protect establishment and patrons by following sanitation, safety and alcohol policies
• Assist in dining room by setting/clearing tables and serving beverages
• Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
