Black Bear Diner is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our team in Boise, Idaho. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them promptly, and assisting with restaurant operations.

Your ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure will contribute to our fun, family-oriented environment. We offer a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Frequent reaching, continuous use of hands, long periods of standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet all arriving guests warmly and promptly.
• Seat guests according to preferences and balance flow across stations.
• Maintain a clean entrance, lobby, dining area, and restrooms.
• Assist servers with stocking and maintaining service stations.
• Clean and reset tables quickly, including chairs and booths.
