Black Bear Diners is seeking a Server Support Team member to help ensure guests have a positive and friendly dining experience. You will take orders, process payments, assist servers, and maintain clean dining areas while helping with seating and guest flow.

Ideal candidates bring patience, a good sense of humor, the ability to multitask, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays are common in this role.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests requesting take out service, enter orders in POS system.
• Process payments correctly and efficiently. Close checks.
• Assist servers and maintain service stations and dining area.
• Set up and reset tables promptly and maintain clean entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms.
• Seat guests and provide menus; relay messages to servers as needed.
