Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables and promote guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times and manage reservations for smooth guest flow.
• Support front-of-house operations and teamwork to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones with a sense of urgency and assist with general questions.
• Follow instructions with attention to detail and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle sidework and closing tasks with ownership.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced full-service restaurant.
