KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Host to be the first and last impression for guests. You will greet guests, manage waitlists, seat guests, and assist servers with initial drink orders in a lively dining environment.

Ideal candidates excel in communication and hospitality, can stay energetic all shift, and enjoy interacting with guests. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and the role requires standing long hours and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Seat guests and provide menus; assist servers with initial drink orders.

• Manage waitlists and wait times; observe table turnover and prep host area.
• Keep front-of-house clean and organized; handle phone inquiries professionally.
