Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience in our dynamic venue. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and help keep dining areas clean while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include delivering food and drinks promptly, refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and aiding with table turns. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment with a focus on

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.
