Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Guide guests to their seats in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Distribute event materials such as programs or bulletins.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the seating and lobby areas.
• Assist with crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions within the facility.
• Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
