Responsibilities include maintaining dining room setup, assisting service, managing reservations and logs, and supporting management as needed. A high school diploma is required; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer seating choices, escort to the table, and present the menu.
• Read, maintain and log daily entries to coordinate between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper set-up of the dining room.
• Assist as needed with service.
• Receive reservations and coordinate arrangements for special functions.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety practices (MSDS/OSHA).
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
