Qualifications

• Experience with OpenTable system.
• Experience in a resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant and maintain a welcoming first impression.
• Coordinate seating arrangements and manage reservation information to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate guest needs to the kitchen and management for timely handling of requests.
• Assist service staff by relaying orders and keeping tables prepared and stocked.
• Keep entrances, host stand, and dining areas clean and organized at all times.
