Qualifications

• Professional appearance, demeanor, and performance standards required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and maintains a polished demeanor.
• Manages reservations and guest inquiries via phone and reservation systems.
• Monitors dining room activity to ensure seating flow and guest comfort.
• Seats guests and provides menus according to service standards.
• Assists management with opening, closing and operational readiness of dining areas.
• Supports service staff to ensure efficient operations.
