The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, knowledge of menu items, and the ability to handle payments. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is expected in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or service industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to greet guests and take care of requests with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seating.
• Maintain restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and create a friendly, safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador with neat, professional appearance.
• Know menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
