Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring for hospitality team members to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure an exceptional dining experience across premium hotels in your market.

You’ll be responsible for seating guests, guiding servers, maintaining the front entry, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment while presenting a professional appearance and in-depth knowledge of the menu. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Manage multiple tables/reservations simultaneously.
• Stand for long periods and maintain stamina during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
