White Lodging is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our hospitality operations in Austin. You will greet guests, help manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience while maintaining a clean entryway and supporting side work.

Ideal candidates are outgoing with excellent communication, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and available on weekends and evenings. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and professional presentation.

Formación

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience.
• Assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seating.
• Maintain entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and be ambassador of the brand.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Process payments by all methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
