The Club Host at CRVA’s Bojangles Entertainment Complex welcomes guests and seats them promptly, ensuring a positive start to their experience. The role emphasizes seating efficiency, friendly service, and adherence to CRVA policies, contributing to memorable visits for fans and visitors in Charlotte.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and can handle a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a lively venue environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and/or one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
Ensure guests are seated comfortably and in order.
Distribute guests across club to ensure equal workloads.
Maintain waiting list when necessary.
Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Monitor guest arrival and departure.
Maintain positive client and customer relations.
Other duties as requested.
Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences
