Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority is hiring a Club Host for the Bojangles Entertainment Complex in Charlotte, NC. You will welcome guests, seat them promptly, and maintain organized seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to interact with guests professionally.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Ensure guests are seated comfortably and in order.
• Distribute guests across club to ensure equal workloads.
• Maintain waiting list when necessary.
• Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
• Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Monitor guest arrival and departure.
• Maintain positive client and customer relations.
• Other duties as requested.

Job Summary

The Club Host is responsible for ensuring that club guests are welcomed and seated in a timely manner at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Ensure guests are seated comfortably and in order.
• Distribution of guests across club to ensure equal workloads.
• Maintain waiting list when necessary.

• Works as a team player with club servers to provide a quality customer experience.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one-year related experience and/or training.

Physical Demands

• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 45 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
