Black Bear Diner in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Server Support Team member to ensure guests have a positive experience. You will greet guests warmly, seat them, take and enter orders, and assist at service stations while maintaining cleanliness and accurate POS handling.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This role involves standing long hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing side work as directed by management.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
• Seat guests based on preferences and waitlist status.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Process payments and close checks accurately.
• Relay messages to servers and assist with service stations as needed.
• Maintain clean entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms.
• Perform side work at shift start/end and assist with restocking stations.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
