Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a friendly host/hostess to provide warm, efficient service to guests according to company standards. You’ll manage seating, greet guests, take reservations or queues, and assist the dining room team to ensure a welcoming experience.

You'll help with to-go orders, maintain clean dining areas, and support servers during busy periods while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Prior experience is not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service can be taught through in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Host guests, greet and seat in a friendly, timely manner.
• Check out guests at the register and assist with to-go orders.
• Maintain clean dining and cashier areas throughout the shift.
• Assist servers and bussers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding issues and improvements.
