Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a courteous Host to provide friendly, efficient service to guests. You will welcome and seat guests, manage waiting lists, handle check-out at the register, and assist with to-go orders while keeping the dining area clean and inviting.

You will work under the Manager on Duty, supporting servers and bussers to ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service can be taught through in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Host guests and manage greetings, seating and waiting lists.
• Ensure guests are welcomed warmly and seated promptly.
• Take payments and assist guests with to-go orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier area, bakery cases, displays and dining space.
• Assist servers and bussing staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
