Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a friendly Host to provide efficient service to guests, manage seating, and help ensure a welcoming dining room. You will greet guests, manage waiting lists, and assist with to-go orders while upholding the brand’s hospitality standards.

Under the direction of the Manager on Duty, you’ll check guests out at the register, support servers, and help maintain a clean, inviting space.

Qualifications

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in house training.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly and efficient service to guests according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.
• Greet and seat guests, manage seating and waiting lists, and assist in check-out at the register.
• Maintain guest flow and ensure dining area cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Assist servers and bus personnel to execute service standards and maximize guest satisfaction.
