Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient guest service following policies and standards.
• Greet and seat guests, manage wait lists, and assist with seating arrangements.
• Operate the register, process payments, and handle to-go orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bakery displays, and lobby.
• Assist servers and bus staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate any product/service deficiencies to the Manager on Duty.
