Responsibilities

• Obtain and assume responsibility for cash bank.
• Control guest checks to prevent loss, theft or mishandling; collect payment from guest/server; count and give change accurately.
• Check MICROS machines to ensure proper menu setup and maintain knowledge of the MICROS system.
• Fill out floor plan by checking station rotation; assign side work schedule and post at host stand.
