Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is hiring Bowl Attendants in Knoxville to warmly welcome guests and guide them through activities, ensuring a safe, fun bowling experience. You’ll assist with lane setup, shoe handling, and product recommendations while using multiple systems to process payments and keep areas clean and organized.

The role emphasizes guest focus, teamwork, and strong communication, with opportunities to participate in training and growth within a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uprating our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
