Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Bowl Attendant in Murfreesboro to welcome guests, guide them through activities, explain specials, and help ensure a fun, safe bowling experience using our guest-facing systems.

You will handle lane setup, shoe clearance, payments, and lane safety, while promoting activities and maintaining a clean Bowl Desk. A team-focused attitude and flexibility for days, nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset; prior food, beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to learn and use multiple systems to support the business.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication with management, team, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Must adhere to safety standards in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet guests and be a FUN ambassador.
• Promote activities and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunctions.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; manage shoe area.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Process payments and encourage guest return visits.
• Maintain Bowl Desk and lanes; complete side duties.
