Job summary

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests to appropriate tables as directed by the maître d’.
• Interact with restaurant guests, fellow employees, and supervisors in a courteous, hospitable manner.
• Assist with reservations, front desk tasks, and answering guest questions.
• Maintain entrance area cleanliness and organization, including menu setup and side-work.
• Support opening/closing procedures and participate in pre-service meetings.
