Merlin Entertainments at Legoland Discovery Center Chicago is seeking a Guest Experience Host (Operations) to energize guests and create memorable moments in a high‑traffic attraction. You will help manage queues, ensure safety, and keep public areas pristine, delivering a consistently delightful experience for visitors.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a bonus.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Excellent communication, listening, and people‑boosting skills.
• Self‑motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
