Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be attentive as they arrive.
• Create a welcoming environment and reference guests by name when appropriate.
• Accommodate requests and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Guide guests to tables with menus and answer questions about the menu.
• Manage the floor plan and reservations to ensure timely seating.
• Stock and organize menus at the host area.
• Answer phone calls and provide menu information.
• Ensure the overall dining experience exceeds expectations.
