Qualifications

• Knowledge of menus and any applicable specials.
• Buss tables and support food/beverage team as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures with side work.
• Follow cash handling procedures including end-of-shift drops.
• Report items needing repair and pursue safety compliance.
