Job summary

Oak & Stone is seeking a Host to welcome guests and manage seating at our Estero location. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, and informing them of specials to ensure a positive first impression.

You will manage wait lists, update the floor plan, and monitor table status while maintaining clean, organized host areas and restrooms. Neat uniform and hygiene are essential, with participation in required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guest, and informs them of any specials.
• Takes names on a waiting list and quotes wait times to guests when tables are not immediately available.
• Runs the floor plan board and monitors table status (clean, dirty, occupied).
• Cleans and wipes down tables and organizes menus in the host area.
• Performs side work tasks such as restocking ketchup, cleaning surfaces, and sweeping floors.
• Interacts with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and handles shifts in guest flow.
• Maintains restrooms with supplies and cleanliness.
• Reports to work in neat uniform and maintains personal hygiene.
• Adheres to company policies and attends required meetings.
