Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome restaurant guests, manage seating, and create memorable first impressions. You will collaborate with servers, managers, and culinary teams to ensure a smooth dining experience in a premier downtown hotel next to Reunion Tower.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly, and remains calm during busy rush hours. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required; this role offers career growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to stay calm in busy dining periods.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage the restaurant wait list and seating rotation.
• Escort guests to their tables while maintaining balanced seating.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant and hotel.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
• Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and culinary teams to create exceptional dining experiences.
