Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years serving experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming authority licensing.
• Ability to obtain state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting with smoke and noise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and coordinate service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Answer calls and take reservations as needed.
• Follow alcohol safety standards and verify minimum drinking age.
