Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years serving experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcohol license.
• Requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and serve all food and beverages with precision and care.
• Provide outstanding customer service and manage guest requests.
• Process guest payments and handle financial transactions.
• Follow alcohol safety standards and verify IDs.
