Job summary

TGI Fridays, located in Burlington Township, NJ, is seeking a Host(ess) who will create a positive first impression for Guests. You will greet Guests, ensure their dining experience is exceptional, and maintain service standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service ability, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as carrying trays. This position plays a critical role in hospitality and requires adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry natural conversations with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
• Must be able to read menus.
• Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests.
• Must be able to hear well in a loud environment to answer telephone and respond to Guest requests.
• Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile.
• Manage the flow of Guests into the dining and bar areas.
• Promptly answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service.
• Ensure Guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
