Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte seeks a Guest Experience & Hospitality Coordinator to oversee the Conference Center and ensure impeccable client service for external and internal clients. You will manage conference rooms, guest offices, and ensure front lobby areas convey a professional appearance.

The role relies on guidelines to perform essential functions, including greeting visitors, coordinating catering, AV, security, and maintaining hospitality supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Knowledge of switchboard operations for handling conference calls and long distance or international calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line telephone console to relay calls and assist visitors.
• Greet visitors and ensure proper clearance and routing.
• Schedule conference rooms and coordinate catering, A/V, and security services.
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms, manage food deliveries and setup.
• Process catering invoices in Chrome River with attorney and client numbers.
• Assist HR & Facilities Manager with space maintenance and onboarding/offboarding.
