Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a dynamic showroom.

We offer hourly base pay with uncapped commissions and a first-year earnings range typically between $45,000 and $65,000. This is an on-site retail role with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.

Responsibilities

• Help customers bring home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor; elevate showroom experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized showroom and use the POS system for transactions.
