Torchy’s Tex-Management team is seeking a Cashier/Runner to join our hospitality crew in Pearland, TX. You will greet guests, take orders at the POS, run food to tables, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality dining experience.

Learn the menu, adapt to busy periods, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include accurate transactions, recommending menu items, and proactively supporting guests with refills and hospitality.

Competenze

• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications; certifications must be obtained by first day or per location timeline.

Mansioni

• Greet guests at POS, understand needs, and process transactions accurately and quickly.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, ensure accuracy and speed, and offer refills.
• Maintain neat, clean, and inviting guest areas.
• Work with managers and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
