Torchy’s in Texas is hiring a Cashier/Runner to welcome guests, take orders, and quickly run food to tables while keeping the dining area inviting. You will greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and ensure accuracy and speed at the register.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications by first day.
• 2 years of restaurant, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments at the POS.
• Run food to tables and ensure accurate, timely service.
• Learn the menu and current promotions to suggest options that suit guest preferences.
• Maintain clean, neat, and inviting guest areas throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
