Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Texas seeks a friendly Hospitality Team member to greet guests, take orders, run food, and ensure guests leave happier than they arrived. You’ll learn the menu, apply promotions, and deliver fast, accurate service with a smile.

You'll collaborate with managers, the kitchen, and other team members to create memorable visits. Must meet food handler and alcohol server certifications; flexible schedule and eligibility for full benefits after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsibilities

• Point of Sale: greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Guest Experience: deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Menu Mastery: learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Dining Room: run food to tables, ensure correct orders, offer refills, and exceed guest expectations.
• Cleanliness: keep guest areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Teamwork: collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team for smooth service.
