Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant for Smith Tower. You will warmly greet guests, assist with ticket sales, provide information on exhibits and events, and help guide visitors through the observatory and elevators.

The role requires stellar customer service, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with a focus on delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Guest Services and Customer Service within hospitality/attractions.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including POS systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly assistance.
• Sell admission tickets, retail items, and promote events.
• Assist with seating, crowd control, and guide guests through exhibits and elevators.
• Share Smith Tower's history and answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and a professional demeanor.
