Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Erie, PA is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome Fans at the door and on the phone.

You will help control the flow of the restaurant and provide a welcoming experience from greeting to seating, while maintaining the floor chart and using the wait management system. The role emphasizes strong English communication, good customer service, ability to multitask, and basic math for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly at the door or on the phone and manage seating per floor chart.
• Answer phone promptly with appropriate greeting and assist guests.
• Seat guests promptly and maintain clean, organized dining areas.
• Take orders, assist with take-out/cick-in orders, and upsell retail items.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and complete opening/closing checklists.
