Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess at Le Meridien Element Salt Lake City Downtown. Welcome guests at the entrance, guide them to tables, and present menus.

You will coordinate with the wait staff to ensure a great dining experience, keep tables tidy, refill beverages, and assist with to-go orders as needed. High school diploma required; hospitality/food service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all hotel guests at the restaurant entrance.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with wait staff to ensure guests' experience meets standards.
• Refill beverages, set tables, and clean eating/serving areas.
• Assist with to-go orders and maintain condiment stations.
• Support management with other duties as needed.
