Job summary

Le Meridien Element Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking a part-time hospitality team member to provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service. You will deliver meals, maintain dining cleanliness, stock essentials, and collaborate with the service team to meet guest expectations.

Ideal candidates have high school education, some hospitality experience, and basic computer and communication skills. Safety procedures and proper grooming are required for all shifts in this hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Good communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests in the restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their meals.
• Maintain safety in service corridors and transport equipment properly.
• Stock glassware, utensils, napkins, ice, and cleaning supplies.
• Clear tables and reset for new guests.
• Clean bar and dining surfaces.
• Assist the service team to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
