Azul Hospitality is seeking a hospitality-team member to welcome guests at the restaurant entrance and guide them to tables at Le Meridien Element Salt Lake City Downtown. You will collaborate with servers to ensure a seamless dining experience and maintain cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role emphasizes guest relations, clear communication, and teamwork, with duties ranging from greeting guests to assisting with to-go orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet hotel guests and welcome them at the restaurant entrance.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Communicate with wait staff to ensure guest experience meets standards.
• Refill beverages, set tables, and maintain dining areas.
• Assist with To-go orders and related cleanup.
