SpringHill Suites Louisville Downtown seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead welcoming and efficient front desk operations. You will mentor associates, manage daily front office tasks, and strive to elevate guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards in a vibrant Louisville setting.

The role involves coaching, scheduling, conflict resolution, and ensuring our lobby remains a premier guest experience hub in the heart of the local community.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hospitality or customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations and team leadership.
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations and basic front office financial controls.
• Promotes brand standards and HHM core values in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Oversee front office operations in absence of manager.
• Resolve guest concerns and improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Greet guests, check-in/out, and maintain lobby cleanliness and appearance.
• Balance accounts and perform front office bookkeeping.
• Promote company marketing programs and handle reservations.
