Great Escapes RV Resorts is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to provide information on resort services, activities, and local area details. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and phone and face-to-face interactions, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests.

The ideal candidate brings strong computer and cash-handling skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous computer experience.
• Able to perform in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to multi task.
• Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests.
• Receptive to special requests.
• Willing to follow instructions and take direction.
• Must be available during the weekend.
• Must be okay with sweeping and mopping/ cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out, phone interaction, and face-to-face interaction.
• Assist guests with questions, directions, event schedules, and other information regarding the Resort to help create an experience for our guests.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge are required.
• Modifying reservations to accommodate guests.
• Monitoring all guest while in the store
• Follow all rules and policies.
• Must stay calm in highly stressful situations and be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
