Job summary

Las Vegas RV Resort is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Team Member for a full-time, year-round position. You’ll be the first contact for guests, helping create a welcoming resort experience and ensuring smooth check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, stay organized in a busy setting, and take pride in delivering guest-focused service. Weekend/holiday availability may be required, hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, cancellations, and questions.
• Coordinate and host seasonal activities and events for guests and the resort community.
• Provide information about resort amenities, policies, services, and local attractions.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in person and by phone.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest and reservation data.
• Resolve guest questions or concerns with a positive attitude and teamwork.
