You will coach the team, address guest concerns, and assist with VIP arrivals while upholding brand standards and safety procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring physical stamina and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk or guest service teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and guest check-ins/outs.
• Coach, train, and motivate front desk staff.
• Handle guest concerns in a timely, graceful manner.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand standards.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and other front-desk duties as needed.
