Springfield Courtyard by Atrium Hospitality is seeking a front desk associate to deliver warm, efficient guest service at our Springfield, MO location. You will manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, assist guests, and help keep the lobby welcoming while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership roles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to use hotel software and systems with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and serve as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Train and support new front desk team members as a friendly coach.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with event sheets, business center tasks, and lobby upkeep.
