The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent at The Westin Great Southern Hotel in downtown Columbus, OH. You will greet guests, register and check them out, while delivering outstanding guest service in a historic setting with modern amenities.

Candidate should have customer-service passion, be flexible with schedules (days/evenings/weekends), and possess strong computer skills; Marriott brand experience is a plus.

• Front desk experience in hotels or high-volume settings.
• Excellent customer service and guest satisfaction focus.
• Flexible with shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them; assist with check-out.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the computer and confirm details.
• Use the point-of-sale system; handle payments and transactions.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
