Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; answer phones promptly.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and secure deposits.
• Assist with reservations including upselling to maximize revenue.
• Maintain the security and privacy of guest information.
• Support operations and coordinate with other shifts as needed.
