Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park is seeking an AM Front Desk Manager to lead the front desk and reservations teams, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and accurate reservation handling. This role requires strong supervision, staff training, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

The candidate will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, monitor staff performance, and maintain high service standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in Front Desk, Reservations or contact center roles.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Front Desk and Reservation Agents needing guidance.
• Ensure staff are informed about room availability, occupancy, and reservation status.
• Respond to guest reservation requests promptly with courteous, accurate service.
• Oversee reservation systems to ensure accurate handling of calls.
• Maintain QA standards for rates, deposits, and reservation letters.
• Manage staff scheduling for adequate coverage and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor Front Desk/Reservation staff.
• Handle escalated guest complaints towards timely resolutions.
• Monitor daily staff performance for productivity and attendance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations for smooth operations.
• Support high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
